I am a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of training and professional experience. I have expertise in providing comprehensive mental healthcare to children, adolescents, adults, and families. When providing individual therapy and conducting neuropsychological evaluations, I strive to provide a personalized experience and comprehensive care. My approach is holistic and integrative. I use both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help my clients gain insight into their experiences and beliefs. My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. 

I received my undergraduate degree from Barnard College and earned my doctorate from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University in the School-Clinical program. My past experience includes schools, college counseling centers, community based mental health clinics, and hospital settings. I am licensed in New Jersey and New York State. Currently, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions for New Jersey residents and virtual sessions for New York residents.
